Reusable session evaluation templates

Scorecard Q1 2025 Release

Program directors can now save an evaluation form as a template and reuse it across sessions, meetings, and annual cycles — without rebuilding the question set every time.

Templates live at the organization level, not the meeting level, so the same five-question Joint Accreditation-friendly evaluation can roll forward year after year. Editing a template doesn’t retroactively change already-distributed evaluations — version pinning keeps prior responses intact.

Templates support all existing question types (Likert, multiple choice, free text, NPS-style 0-10) plus a new “conditional” question that only appears when a prior answer matches a rule. We used the new conditional type to model the ACCME commercial-bias disclosure question.
